AI on broken foundations doesn’t fail slowly. It amplifies the damage, at scale, with the appearance of authoritative output. Fix the foundation first.

The infrastructure layer is understood by the people who built it, broke it, and fixed it. That knowledge doesn’t transfer through documentation. It transfers through work.

Anyone who asks for the cost before the problem is scoped doesn't understand either.
